BLUE FOOD INNOVATION HUB EXECUTIVE LEAD
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Hub
Oversee program development, research, and innovation activities
Lead fundraising, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement
Coordinate team members and ensure effective performance management
Representing the Hub at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Develop annual work plans, budgets, and performance reports
Ensuring implementation of overall hub strategy.
Coordinates between working team and Board of Directors

Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Science, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, Business Admin/ management or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum 5 years leadership or management experience
Strong knowledge of aquaculture, blue economy, or food systems
Experience in project management and fundraising
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and lead a multidisciplinary team
