Postdoctoral Research Fellow: Fish Viral Diseases
Responsibilities:
Design and execute experiments for the isolation and characterization of viral pathogens using fish cell lines
Perform qPCR and transcriptomics to characterize pathogen diversity and host immune expression profiles.
Analyse innate immunity and conduct disease challenge studies against viral infections in Asian seabass.

PhD Degree in Aquatic Animal Health, Virology, Immunology, or relevant field.
At least one first-author research publication in an international peer-reviewed journal
Strong research background in aquaculture with extensive experience in virology, cell culture or immunology
Hands-on experience in qPCR and RNA-seq workflows.
